Motorhome Pads uses reliable UK carriers – the aim is to get your pads to you quickly and safely so you are ready for your next trip.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our Newport, Shropshire base during normal working hours. Standard delivery typically within a few working days depending on stock, order size and destination.
Where possible, delivery charges and estimated times will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order. Larger or heavier items may be shipped on pallets or via specialist couriers, which can affect delivery timescales and access requirements at your address.
Order processing and dispatch
Orders placed during office hours are processed as quickly as possible, with despatch usually taking place Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive confirmation and, where available, tracking details from the chosen carrier.
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout, and ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the goods where required. If you notice any issues with your delivery, contact the team promptly so they can help resolve the problem.

Delivery is available across mainland UK, with certain locations, remote areas or offshore addresses potentially incurring additional charges.
